  As poor electrical conductors, thermoplastic materials attract static. Static elimination equipment removes the static charge from plastic sheets, which eases their processing and makes them less prone to attracting dust and dirt.  
     
 

X-Stat DCP Anti Static System
 

The X-STAT DCP system offers a practical and reliable range of ionising nozzles which can be mounted on flexible supports or attached to air-guns.

The X-STAT DCP system features a unique plug-in method of connecting ionising devices to the power source. The plug connects both to the HT supply and the earth/grounding and is locked into position when connected to the power.

Available with either 2 or 4 outlets.

Safety features in the DCP system include:

  • All power sources have illuminated mains switch circuit breakers
  • Attenuated to a total of 20 meg. Ohms

Plug-in accessories have TUNGSTEN THORIDE emitters for enhanced performance and longer life.

Available as Standard and High Performance, the latter nozzles being active up to 2 metres without air, effective over 180 degrees and supplied with 10M connecting leads (7M standard)

All DCP equipment carries the CE mark and meets EMC requirements
